NYC Halloween Parade 2015

Blue Lady has created costumes and parade groups for over 10 years for the NYC Halloween Parade, known as the nation's most wildly creative public participatory event. This year the beautiful and unusual theme of "Shine A Light" inspired more than the usual gory goblins and zombies! After all, the veil between worlds is thin on halloween night, and gives a chance for all spirits to mingle, including the brightest.

Blue Lady created three Light Spirit costumes and along with two special musician dance friends, played chekere, danced, reveled and paraded with Scott Kettner and his 60some drummers of the boombastic Maracatu New York.
