Any theme is possible! Blue Lady loves a parade, and in the spirit of carnival she has created entire parade groups--envisioned themes, built elaborate costumes for participants and incorporated music and dance. For over a decade she has created parade groups featured in The Coney Island Mermaid Parade and The New York Halloween Parade.
